Online appraisal requests may be submitted at any time. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible — please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Requests submitted after 2:00 PM ET on Saturday or on Sunday will be reviewed the following Monday.
Have documents to send?
Email is the best way to send CCC or Mitchell valuation reports, repair estimates, photos, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
