With a background spanning insurance carriers and fleet inspection operations, he has worked with vehicle owners and carriers alike — handling Right of Appraisal assignments, ACV and diminished value appraisals, repair disputes, and serving as a neutral umpire when two appraisers reach an impasse. He holds an I-CAR Platinum Certificate and claims adjuster licenses in Florida and Texas, along with additional appraisal credentials and licensing in multiple states.
